TERMS & CONDITIONS

By using the phpBux website, you legally bind to agree to the TOS wrote below legalised by phpBux, at all times. From this point onwards, 'phpBux.com' shall be referred to as 'phpBux'.

phpBux will not be liable for lost profits or any other indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages occurring out of or connected to this agreement, even if phpBux has been informed of the chance of such damages. In addition, phpBux aggregate liabilities that occur under this agreement and will not exceed the entire amount of fees payable or paid to you under this agreement. This is applicable to everything provided by phpBux.

phpBux may at any time choose to edit, add or delete sections of these terms without any prior notice.

Refunds of any kind will only be given at the discretion of phpBux.

phpBux Script License

The script is licensed only to you. You may not rent, lease, sublicense, sell, assign, pledge, transfer or otherwise dispose of the script in any form, on a permanent or temporary basis, without the prior written consent of phpBux.

The source code of phpBux script can be modified, however this is completely at your risk.

phpBux Script Usage Policy

phpBux is provided to you in an "as-is" condition/basis and we do not offer a warranty of any kind for the accuracy of the website in any way. We do not allow sites which are marked as "Ponzi", "Get Rich Quick" or "Multi Level Marketing Scheme” and site's which we think are inaccurate and we feel isn't appropriate for phpBux. We are not liable for account forgery or account hacking for any reason. You are responsible for your account and any actions in which the script is used.

Affiliate Accounts

Payments are made through AlertPay. You can request payment when you have equal to or above $5.00 in your account. Payment will be given within 30 days after you have chosen to redeem. AlertPay accepts all major credit cards and bank transfers. You must not purchase phpBux using your referral link, you will not be credited.

You agree that you are fully in charge of any filing of taxes that is necessary by your governmental authorities

You must use a valid email address and country to signup with phpBux. You must not use a false identity.

You are an independent contractor for phpBux; you are therefore not an employee of phpBux neither is there any partnership between you and phpBux. phpBux provides the connection between advertisers and members. You have the right as does phpBux to break this connection at whatever time by contacting phpBux.

Privacy Policy

phpBux will not release any of your information such as email and AlertPay address to anyone. Your information will only be stored at phpBux.

Information Collection

When you register at phpBux for an affiliate account or when purchasing phpBux script some information is immediately stored. This includes your IP address, dates and times.

Whenever you login to your affiliate account, a simple encrypted ID cookie is installed on your computer that is used as a computerized identification card while you are signed in. The ID cookie is removed each time you log out of phpBux.

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless phpBux, phpBux’s affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, obligations, losses, damages, penalties, fines, punitive damages, amounts in interest, expenses and disbursements of any kind and nature whatsoever (including reasonable attorneys fees) brought by a third party under any theory of legal liability arising out of or related to the actual or alleged use of Customer’s services in violation of applicable law or the AUP by Customer or any person using Customer’s log on information, regardless of whether such person has been authorized to use the services by the Customer.
